Advent is a time of many doors. An Advent calendar builds up our curiosity and expectations. Do you have resolutions and hopes for 2021? Then push open the door to the new year boldly and expectantly!

As we optimistically move into 2021: we will carry on with projects and relationships and strive for new paths and solutions. We gladly face the upcoming challenges because we know that we will master them together with our clients and our candidates!

Barely into the new year, from time to time maybe we will ask ourselves, what it was like before? We quickly forget. Just as you, for example, in the kitchen, have a thought that you want to implement in your office. Once there, you ask yourself: what was it again that you intended to do here? Well, then you had best go back to the kitchen, you will remember it there.

Because thoughts and energies are linked to the places in which they were created. When you leave somewhere behind, your brain causes the thoughts to be left behind in that place, and to be “archived” there.

Perhaps in a few months' time it will do us good to go back in our minds to the crazy 2020 area sometimes: we will remember how we mastered the unexpected spontaneously, creatively and with dedication. How we were able to help find fast, feasible, even unorthodox solutions.

In this spirit, we thank you for the good cooperation in the “exceptional year” 2020. Thank you also for the trust you have placed in us, and for the many enthusiastic discussions.

We hope that many promising areas will be open to you in the new year 2021!
